Udruženje PREVENT
Udruženje „Prevent“ osnovano je 2004. godine inicijativom mladih ljudi: studenata, srednjoškolaca i lekara sa ciljem unapređenja kvaliteta života ljudi, posebno mladih u riziku i marginalizovanih populacija.
Osnivačka skupština udruženja održana je 30. marta 2004. godine, a udruženje je registrovano 14. maja 2004. godine u Ministarstvu unutrašnjih poslova. Počev od 19. jula 2011. godine Udruženje „Prevent“ je evidentirano u Agenciji za privredne registre pod brojem: BU 7585/2010.
Association PREVENT
Association Prevent was founded in 2004. through initiative of young people: students, high school students and doctors to improve the quality of life of people, especially young people at risk and marginalized populations.
Founding Assembly of the Association was held on March 30, and the Association was registered on 14th May, 2004. Starting from 19 July 2011, the Association “Prevent” is registered in the Business Registers Agency under number BU 7585/2010.
Realizovali smo preko 60 projekata
U dosadašnjem periodu realizovano je preko 60 projekata iz oblasti prevencije bolesti zavisnosti, promocije zdravog stila života, smanjenja štetnosti, motivacije za lečenje, prevencije polno i krvno prenosivih infekcija, testiranja na HIV i hepatitis, promocije ljudskih prava i ravnopravnosti, poboljšanju statusa marginalizovanih grupa, borbe protiv stigme i diskriminacije, promocije kulture, povećanja zapošljivosti, i edukacije o različitim temema.
Prevent je akreditovan za sprovođenje programa omladinskog rada u NAPOR-u (Nacionalna asocijacije praktičara/ki omladinskog rada), član Krovne organizacije mladih Srbije, Y-peer mreže, Vojvođanske HIV mreže, Koalicije za smanjenje štetnosti i stranih mreža IDPC, Correlation, AIDS Action Europe, Healthy Network, Vienna NGO, i osnivač Drug policy network South-East Europe, a sarađuje sa velikim brojem institucija i organizacija u zemlji i inostranstvu.
More than 60 projects implemented
Since its establishment, the Association implemented more than 60 projects dedicated to the prevention of drug use, promotion of healthy life styles, harm reduction, motivation for treatment, prevention of sexually transmitted infections, testing of HCV and HIV, human rights and equality, improving the status of marginalized groups, combating stigma and discrimination, promotion of culture, increasing employability, and education on various topics.
Prevent is accredited for the implementation the program of youth work in the NAPOR (National Association of Youth Work Practitioners), a member of the KOMS (National Youth Council of Serbia), Vojvodinian HIV Network, Coalition for Harm Reduction and foreign networks IDPC, Correlation, Vienna NGO, Aids Action Europe and one of founders of South-East Europe Drug policy network, At Risk Youth Social Empowerment and cooperates with a number of institutions and organizations in the country and abroad.
